Installation:
Align the retaining clips with the compatible panel opening and press the module gently into position until it is securely locked.
Connect a suitable USB-C cable to each side of the coupler, then test the required charging, data or video function.
Performance requirements:
To achieve the maximum advertised performance, every component in the connection must support the required specification.
For up to 20Gbps data transfer, use compatible USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 devices and cables.
For up to 240W charging, use a compatible USB PD 3.1 EPR charger, device and 240W-rated USB-C cable.
For video output up to 8K at 60Hz, the source device, receiving display and both USB-C cables must support the required DisplayPort Alt Mode specification, resolution and refresh rate.
Actual performance will be limited by the lowest-rated device, cable or connection in the complete setup.
