Create a secure USB data connection between compatible industrial equipment with this USB-C Dual-Screw Locking to USB 3.0 Type-B Male Panel Mount Cable.
The cable features a USB-C male connector with two locking screws at one end and a USB 3.0 Type-B male connector with two securing screws at the other. Both connectors can be fastened to compatible threaded ports, helping prevent accidental disconnection caused by equipment movement, vibration or repeated use.
Supporting USB 3.0 data transfer speeds of up to 5Gbps, the cable is suitable for industrial computers, self-service terminals, medical equipment, test instruments, data-acquisition systems and other professional USB applications.
The USB-C end uses a dual-screw locking design for a more secure connection than a standard friction-fit USB-C plug. The USB 3.0 Type-B male connector also includes two knurled screws that can be tightened onto a compatible panel-mounted female socket.

Installation:
1. Insert the USB-C connector into a compatible locking USB-C port.
2. Tighten both USB-C securing screws evenly by hand.
3. Insert the USB 3.0 Type-B male connector into the matching female port.
4. Tighten both Type-B securing screws evenly.
5. Do not overtighten the screws, as excessive force may damage the connector housing or equipment threads.
Compatibility Information:
The screw spacing and thread positions on both connectors must match the mounting points on the connected equipment.
The locking function cannot be used with standard USB-C or USB Type-B ports that do not include compatible threaded mounting holes.
This cable is designed primarily for USB data transfer and standard USB bus power. It does not support DisplayPort Alt Mode video output or USB Power Delivery fast charging.
Maximum data-transfer speed depends on the USB specification supported by both connected devices.
