High-Current M12 L-Coded 5-Pole Power Cable with Functional Earth
This M12 L-Coded male straight to open 5-position (4+FE) cable assembly is engineered for high-current 24V DC industrial power distribution where enhanced grounding and EMC performance are required.
The 5-pole (4 power + functional earth) configuration provides improved system grounding and shielding continuity for demanding PROFINET and industrial automation applications. With 14AWG (2.5mm²) copper conductors, this cable supports up to 16A per pin (installation dependent) at 63V DC, making it suitable for motors, drives, fieldbus I/O modules, network devices and high-power control systems.
The overmoulded M12 L-coded male connector is IP67 rated for protection against dust and temporary immersion in water. The open cable end allows flexible termination into control panels, terminal blocks or custom harness assemblies.
A durable PUR outer jacket makes this assembly suitable for drag chain and continuous motion applications, providing resistance to oil, abrasion and mechanical stress in harsh industrial environments.
