This 5-pin DIN MIDI to RJ45 female adapter cable is designed to carry MIDI data over standard CAT5 / CAT5e / CAT6 Ethernet cables, allowing reliable long-distance MIDI connections at a lower cost than traditional long MIDI cables.
The adapter features a 5-pin DIN male connector on one end and an RJ45 8P8C female socket on the other. When used in pairs, standard Ethernet cable can be used as the link between MIDI devices, making it ideal for studio installations, stage setups, and fixed wiring runs.
Constructed with quality internal wiring and shielding, the adapter ensures stable MIDI data transmission without signal loss. This product is intended for MIDI data only and does not support Ethernet networking.
