This 2.5mm 4-pole (TRRS) male to 3.5mm female headset adapter cable converts a standard 3.5mm headset/earphone plug to a 2.5mm 4-pole socket. It lets you use stereo headsets with microphones on devices that provide a smaller 2.5mm TRRS port.

Compatibility and notes

• Works with headsets that use TRRS wiring standards; however, some devices use non-standard pinouts. If audio or mic functions do not work, the device may use an alternate wiring standard (CTIA/OMTP differences).
• Not suitable for purely mono 2.5mm ports that support only a single channel.
